Sponsorship FAQ

Where are the families located that have players on the team? 

We have athletes from Mosinee, Wausau, Everest, Wittenberg,  Princeton, Phillips, Lake Hallie, Eau Claire and Wisconsin Rapids, Ironwood.

How many tournaments will there be? 

For the 2025 season we anticipate over 50 tournaments between our 6 Select Teams. Each tournament cost an average of $500.

Where do you practice?  Or does the practice location change so everyone takes turn driving the distance? 

Our practices take place in Weston and Kronenwetter. We utilize Northland Lutheran High School and Kronenwetter Municipal Center fields during the spring and summer months. Winter practices are performed in our director's training shed and now Greenheck Turner Community Center. Athletes who live further away have made training arrangements with our director to help mitigate the frequent travel.

In what towns or states are tournaments played? 

Last year we played all over Wisconsin (Eau Claire, Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Wisconsin Rapids, Green Bay, Minocqua, Marshfield) and even traveled to our first USSSA tournament in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2025 we hope to also play in MN.

If a tournament is sponsored – who would see the sponsorship signage? Where would it be located? 

Prior to each tournament we post a Facebook message highlighting and tagging that weekend's sponsors. The post also includes the schedule for the weekend for all teams. Last season those posts averaged a reach of 900, 1200 impressions, and 29 interactions. Our Program has doubled in size for the 2025 season so we expect our social presence to grow significantly. There is a sponsor banner that travels with each team and is hung up along the dugout for all spectators and other teams to view. Homerun and Grand Slam banners would be hung alongside that banner and the team photo banner. I have attached images from last season.

Does a sponsor get a choice as to which tournament they would like to sponsor? 

Yes, once we have the tournament schedule if a sponsor has a preferred tournament location. Preferences will be honored first by sponsorship tier and then date of secured sponsorship.

Would the logo banner that is mentioned in ‘donor recognition section’ be made by the organization or provided by sponsor? 

The organization will have the banner produced. We have had businesses provide a banner image from their graphic design team or work with ours.

Are you able to send me a W9 for the organization? 

Available upon request.
